Project Management service includes
- Initial meeting to understand the project and the clients objectives
- Team briefings prior to the move take place with our move manager and your staff. Any questions or queries can be answered so everyone is familiar with the operational plan.
- Upon ensuring the clients’ objectives and deadlines are going to be met, operational plans would be produced.
- Unique labelling systems are designed for individual moves to ensure the accurate location of effects at delivery.
- Planning meetings are arranged prior to moving office, so as to ensure the operational plan is clear and all parties understand their own responsibilities.
- The protection of premises is taken very seriously and will be discussed and decided upon during planning meetings.
